بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَةِ ، وَالْإِنْسَانُ عَلَى حَاجَتِهِChapter on the prohibition of facing the qiblah while relieving oneself
Hadith 455
وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى أَنْ تُسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةُ لِغَائِطٍ أَوْ بَوْلٍ "
It is narrated from an Ansari person that he heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade facing the Qiblah while urinating or defecating.
