بَابُ الْعَمَلِ فِي جَامِعِ الصَّلَاةِChapter on Actions in Comprehensive Prayer
Hadith 408
وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، كَانَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ نَسِيَ صَلَاةً فَلَمْ يَذْكُرْهَا إِلَّا وَهُوَ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ ، فَإِذَا سَلَّمَ الْإِمَامُ فَلْيُصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ الَّتِي نَسِيَ ، ثُمَّ لِيُصَلِّ بَعْدَهَا الْأُخْرَى "
It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, used to say: Whoever forgets a prayer and then remembers it while he is behind the imam in another prayer, then when the imam finishes with salam, he should perform the forgotten prayer and then repeat the prayer which he performed with the imam.
