Abdur Rahman bin Qasim heard from his father, who said that he used to pray Witr after Fajr had begun.
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said: After Fajr has begun, the person who had slept and not prayed Witr should pray Witr, but it is not permissible for anyone to deliberately pray Witr after Fajr has begun.
