بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي السَّعْيِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِWhat is reported about striving on Friday
Hadith 236B2
قَالَ مَالِكٌ: فَلَيْسَ السَّعْيُ الَّذِي ذَكَرَ اللّٰهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ بِالسَّعْيِ عَلَى الْأَقْدَامِ، وَلَا الِاشْتِدَادَ، وَإِنَّمَا عَنَى الْعَمَلَ وَالْفِعْلَ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: By this "sa'y" is also meant action and deed, not walking with the feet, nor running, nor walking quickly.
