بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ الْكَلَامِ بِغَيْرِ ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِWhat is Disliked in Speech Other Than the Remembrance of Allah
Hadith 1813
وَحَدَّثَنِي وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِك أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تُرْسِلُ إِلَى بَعْضِ أَهْلِهَا بَعْدَ الْعَتَمَةِ، فَتَقُولُ : " أَلَا تُرِيحُونَ الْكُتَّابَ "
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) was informed that Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) used to send word to her household after the 'Isha prayer: "Will you still not give rest to the recording angels?"
