بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ الْكَلَامِWhat is Disliked in Speech
Hadith 1806
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِك، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا سَمِعْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَقُولُ : هَلَكَ النَّاسُ، فَهُوَ أَهْلَكُهُمْ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you hear someone saying that the people have perished, then he is the most perished among them."
