Hadith 163

وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ "
It is narrated from Sulayman bin Yasar that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to raise his hands in prayer.
