قَالَ مَالِك : الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا، أَنَّهُ إِذَا نَفَى رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَبِيهِ، فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ أُمُّ الَّذِي نُفِيَ مَمْلُوكَةً، فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: In our view, the ruling is that when someone denies another from his own father, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be obligatory, even if his mother is a slave woman.
