بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنِ اعْتَرَفَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالزِّنَاChapter on what is reported regarding one who confesses to adultery
Hadith 1553B2
قَالَ مَالِك : الَّذِي أَدْرَكْتُ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ، أَنَّهُ لَا نَفْيَ عَلَى الْعَبِيدِ إِذَا زَنَوْا
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I found the scholars of my city upon this, that if a slave commits adultery, he will not be exiled.
