وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ " فَرَضَ لِلْجَدِّ الَّذِي يَفْرِضُ النَّاسُ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ "
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the grandfather as much as people give nowadays.
