Hadith 1457B1
قَالَ يَحْيَى : سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا، يَقُولُ : وَعَلَى ذَلِكَ الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا أَنَّ الْعُمْرَى تَرْجِعُ إِلَى الَّذِي أَعْمَرَهَا، إِذَا لَمْ يَقُلْ هِيَ لَكَ وَلِعَقِبِكَ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: In our view, the ruling is that the one who gives 'Umra will receive the 'Umra back if the recipient dies and the giver did not give it to the heirs of the recipient, but rather gave it only for the lifetime of the recipient.
