بَابُ جَامِعِ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِComprehensive rulings on oaths on the pulpit
Hadith 1426B1
قَالَ مَالِك : لَا أَرَى أَنْ يُحَلَّفَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ عَلَى أَقَلَّ مِنْ رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ وَذَلِكَ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said that an oath should not be taken on the pulpit for less than a quarter dinar, that is, three dirhams.
