وَعَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ إِلَى عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ عَامِلٌ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ : أَنْ " اقْضِ بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ "
A'raj narrates that Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote to Abdul Hameed bin Abdur Rahman, and he was the governor of Kufa, that give judgment on the basis of an oath and one witness.
