وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِك، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ " كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ، فَقَالَ : لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ "
Ibn Shihab asked Said ibn al-Musayyib: Is it permissible to lease land in exchange for gold or silver? He said: Yes, there is no objection.
