بَابُ بَيْعِ الْخِيَارِSale with Option (Khiyar)
Hadith 1378
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِك أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا بَيِّعَيْنِ تَبَايَعَا، فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ، أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the seller and the buyer disagree, the statement of the seller will be considered valid and the sale will be annulled."
