وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ : ابْتَعْ لِي هَذَا الْبَعِيرَ بِنَقْدٍ حَتَّى أَبْتَاعَهُ مِنْكَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَسُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ فَكَرِهَهُ وَنَهَى عَنْهُ "
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) was informed that a man said to another: "Buy this camel for me in cash, and I will buy it from you on a promise." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) considered this bad and forbade it.
