بَابُ السَّلَفِ وَبَيْعِ الْعُرُوضِ بَعْضِهَا بِبَعْضٍForward Sale and Barter of Goods for Each Other
Hadith 1370
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِك أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعٍ وَسَلَفٍ " .
It reached Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade sale and advance payment (salam) together.
