بَابُ مَا يَجُوزُ مِنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بَعْضُهُ بِبَعْضٍ وَالسَّلَفِ فِيهِPermissibility of Selling Animals for Each Other and Forward Sale in Them
Hadith 1363
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ عَنْ " بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ اثْنَيْنِ بِوَاحِدٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ . فَقَالَ : لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ " .
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, asked Ibn Shihab whether it is permissible to sell two animals in exchange for one animal, on deferred payment. He said: There is no harm in it.
