بَابُ مَا يَجُوزُ مِنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بَعْضُهُ بِبَعْضٍ وَالسَّلَفِ فِيهِPermissibility of Selling Animals for Each Other and Forward Sale in Them
Hadith 1362
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ " اشْتَرَى رَاحِلَةً بِأَرْبَعَةِ أَبْعِرَةٍ مَضْمُونَةٍ عَلَيْهِ يُوفِيهَا صَاحِبَهَا بِالرَّبَذَةِ "
Nafi reports that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) bought a she-camel in exchange for four camels, and it was agreed that these four camels would be delivered to the seller at Rabdhah.
