بَابُ مَسِّ الرَّجُلِ وَلِيدَتَهُ إِذَا دَبَّرَهَاA man touching his slave woman if he has made her Mudabbar (to be freed after his death)
Hadith 1300
مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ : أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، دَبَّرَ جَارِيَتَيْنِ لَهُ، فَكَانَ يَطَؤُهُمَا وَهُمَا مُدَبَّرَتَانِ
It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) made his slave women mudabbir and also had intercourse with them.
