وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ
هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْبَدَوِيَّةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا :
" إِنَّهَا تَنْتَوِي حَيْثُ انْتَوَى أَهْلُهَا " . قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَهَذَا الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا
It is narrated from Hisham bin Urwah, his father Urwah used to say that if someone among the people who live in the wilderness loses her husband (he dies), then she should stay with her people; wherever they settle, she should also settle there (due to necessity).
