وَقَالَ مَالِك فِي الرَّجُلِ الْجُنُبِ إِنَّهُ يَتَيَمَّمُ ، وَيَقْرَأُ حِزْبَهُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ ، وَيَتَنَفَّلُ مَا لَمْ يَجِدْ مَاءً: وَإِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ فِي الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ لَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فِيهِ بِالتَّيَمُّمِ
Yahya said: Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said that if a person is in a state of janabah, he should perform tayammum, and recite as much of the Qur'an as is his usual practice, and perform voluntary prayers until he finds water, as long as he is in a place where it is permissible for him to pray with tayammum.
