بَابُ طَلَاقِ الْمَرِيضِChapter on Divorce of a Sick Person
Hadith 1177
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ " وَرَّثَ نِسَاءَ ابْنِ مُكْمِلٍ مِنْهُ، وَكَانَ طَلَّقَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ "
It is narrated from A'raj that Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) gave inheritance to the women of Ibn Mukammal, and he had divorced them during his illness and then died.
