بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَلِيَّةِ وَالْبَرِيَّةِ وَأَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَChapter on what is reported regarding the hive, wild animals, and similar cases
Hadith 1140
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ بَرِئْتِ مِنِّي وَبَرِئْتُ مِنْكِ : " إِنَّهَا ثَلَاثُ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ، بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْبَتَّةِ " .
Ibn Shihab used to say: If a man says to a woman, "I am free from you and you are free from me," then three divorces will take place, like an irrevocable divorce.
