Hadith 1139

وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، " أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ وَلِيدَةٌ لِقَوْمٍ، فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهَا : شَأْنَكُمْ بِهَا، فَرَأَى النَّاسُ أَنَّهَا تَطْلِيقَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ "
It is narrated from Hazrat Qasim bin Muhammad that a man had a slave-girl in his marriage. He said to the owners of the slave-girl: "You know, your matter knows." People considered this as one divorce.
