بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْخَلِيَّةِ وَالْبَرِيَّةِ وَأَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَChapter on what is reported regarding the hive, wild animals, and similar cases
Hadith 1138
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْخَلِيَّةِ وَالْبَرِيَّةِ : " إِنَّهَا ثَلَاثُ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ، كُلُّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا "
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to say: In Khul‘ and Bari’ah, in each of them, three divorces will take effect.
