Hadith 1114
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، وَبَلَغَهُ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَقُولَانِ : " إِذَا نَكَحَ الْحُرُّ الْأَمَةَ فَمَسَّهَا، فَقَدْ أَحْصَنَتْهُ " . ¤
Ibn Shihab and Qasim bin Muhammad used to say: If a free man marries a slave woman and has intercourse with her, then he becomes muhsan.
