Hazrat Nafi reports that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), when he intended to sleep or eat in a state of janabah, would wash his mouth, wash both hands up to the elbows, and wipe over his head, then he would eat food or go to sleep.
