وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ، عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : قَالَ
عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ :
" لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا، أَوْ ذِي الرَّأْيِ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا، أَوِ السُّلْطَانِ "
It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib that Sayyiduna Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: A woman should not be married except with the permission of her guardian, or with the permission of an intelligent person from her family, or with the permission of the ruler.
