بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ ذَبْحِ الضَّحِيَّةِ قَبْلَ انْصِرَافِ الْإِمَامِChapter on prohibition of slaughtering the sacrifice before the imam finishes
Hadith 1063
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، أَنَّ . عُوَيْمِرَ بْنَ أَشْقَرَ ذَبَحَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْدُوَ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى، وَأَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَعُودَ بِضَحِيَّةٍ أُخْرَى "
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah bin Tamim that Uwaymir bin Ashqar performed the sacrificial slaughter before the dawn of the tenth day. And when he mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, he ordered him to offer another sacrifice.
