بَابُ الدَّفْنِ فِي قَبْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ ضَرُورَةٍ ، وَإِنْفَاذِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُ عِدَةَ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بَعْدَ وَفَاتِهِChapter on Burial in One Grave Out of Necessity and Abu Bakr Fulfilling the Prophet's Promise After His Death
Hadith 1007B1
قَالَ مَالِك : لَما بَأْسَ أَنْ يُدْفَنَ الرَّجُلانِ وَالثَّلاثَةُ فِي قَبْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ ضَرُورَةٍ، وَيُجْعَلَ الْأَكْبَرُ مِمَّا يَلِي الْقِبْلَةَ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If two or three people are buried in one grave out of necessity, there is no harm in it, but the eldest among them should be placed closest to the Qiblah.
