Muwatta Imam Malik (Riwayat Ibn al-Qasim)

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever seizes the right of a Muslim by (false) oath, Allah has made Paradise forbidden for that person and made (the fire of) Hell obligatory upon him." The people asked: O Messenger of Allah! Even if it is a small thing? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Even if it is a twig of the «اراك» (miswak tree). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said this three times. The ahadith narrated by 'Ala (bin Abdur Rahman) are now complete, and these are nine (9) ahadith.
