Importance of controlling anger
Hadith 470
17- وبه: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب.“
And with the same chain of narration, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The strong and brave one is not the one who overcomes others in wrestling, rather the strong and brave one is he who controls himself at the time of anger."
