Hadith 329
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood in Mina for the people, and people came to him to ask questions. A man came and said: O Messenger of Allah! I did not know, and I shaved my head before sacrificing the animal. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Sacrifice the animal, and there is no harm." Then another man came and said: O Messenger of Allah! I did not know, and I sacrificed the animal before throwing the pebbles on Thursday. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Throw the pebbles, and there is no harm." Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) said: On that day, whatever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about, in which there was precedence or delay, he gave the same answer: Do it, and there is no harm.
