Hadith 297
143- وبه أنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حين خرج من المسجد وهو يريد الصفا وهو يقول: ”نبدأ بما بدأ الله به.“
And with the same chain of narration (it is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah Al-Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, set out from the mosque (the Sacred House of Allah) intending to go to Safa, I heard him say: "We begin from where Allah has begun."
