457- وبه: أنها قالت: كان أحب العمل إلى رسول الله الذى يدوم عليه صاحبه.
And with the same chain of narration, it is narrated from (Sayyidah Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her) that the most beloved deed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was that which a person performed consistently (with continuity).

Jurisprudential Explanation (Tafaqquh):
➊ One should strive to maintain consistency and continuity in every act of goodness.
➋ At times, it is also permissible to abandon a permissible (mubah) or recommended (mustahabb) act. See: [الموطأ حديث : 424]
