It is forbidden to unjustly raise weapons against a Muslim
Hadith 607
217- وبه: أن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”من حمل علينا السلاح فليس منا.“
And with the same chain (it is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever raises a weapon against us is not one of us."
