Hadith 495
234- وبه: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”من باع نخلا قد أبرت فثمرها للبائع إلا أن يشترطه المبتاع.“
And with the same chain of narration (from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both), it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever sells date palm trees that have been pollinated, then the seller is entitled to their fruit, unless the buyer stipulates a condition that the fruit will be his."
