Muwatta Imam Malik (Riwayat Ibn al-Qasim)

And with the same chain (it is narrated from Sayyida Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would become ill, he would recite the Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas) over himself and blow (over himself). When his illness became more severe, I would recite over him and, seeking blessing, would pass his hand over his (blessed) body.
