A person in janabah can eat suhoor before ghusl
Hadith 255
436- وعن سمي مولى أبى بكر بن عبد الرحمن عن أبى بكر بن عبد الرحمن عن عائشة وأم سلمة زوجي النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أنهما قالتا: إن كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليصبح جنبا من جماع غير احتلام ثم يصوم.
It is narrated from two wives of the Prophet, Aisha and Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with them), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would enter the morning in a state of janabah due to intercourse without a wet dream, and then he would fast.
