Hadith 249

147- قال مالك: حدثني حميد الطويل عن أنس بن مالك قال: سافرنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فى رمضان فلم يعب الصائم على المفطر، ولا المفطر على الصائم.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that we traveled with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) during Ramadan, and none of us who was fasting found fault with the one who was not fasting, nor did the one who was not fasting find any fault with the one who was fasting.

Hadith Takhrij «147- الموطأ (رواية يحييٰ بن يحييٰ 295/1 ح 661 ، ك 18 ب 7 ح 23) التمهيد 169/2 ، وقال : ” هذا حديث متصل صحيح “ الاستذكار :611 ، و أخرجه البخاري (1947) من حديث مالك به ورواه مسلم (118/99) من حديث حميد الطويل به صرح بالسماع عنده .»
