Hadith 148

399- وبه: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فليركع ركعتين قبل أن يجلس.“

And with the same chain of narration (from Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah, may Allah be pleased with him), it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When any one of you enters the mosque, he should pray two rak'ahs before sitting down."
