Hadith 61
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ أَبُو يَحْيَى مِنْ بَنِي قَيْسِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ قَاضِي الْيَمَامَةِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، وَكَانَ قَاضِيَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ ، وَعَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ ، وَكِلاهُمَا صَحِبَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أنَّ جِبْرِيلَ جَاءَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ نَحْوَهُ أَوْ شِبْهَهُ أَوْ مِثْلَهُ .
It is narrated from Abu Mas'ud Ansari and Bashir bin Abu Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with them both, and both were companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that Jibreel, peace be upon him, came to the service of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and narrated a hadith similar to the previous hadith.
