Hadith 46
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ الأَبْطَحِيُّ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَادِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَ سِلْعَتَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever finds his goods with a bankrupt person, he has more right to them."
