Hadith 42
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ.
Ahmad bin Abdullah narrated to us a hadith, he said, Abdur Rahman bin Mahdi narrated to us from Malik bin Anas, he from Yahya bin Saeed, he from Abu Bakr bin Muhammad, he from Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman, he from our master Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And Abu Bakr bin Muhammad did not mention Umar bin Abdul Aziz as an intermediary.
