Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Ammar Mosuli narrated to us a hadith, he said, Zaid bin Abu Zarqa narrated to us a hadith, he said: Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked, a man bought goods and became insolvent and the goods are still with him, he has not paid its price, while some people have paid the price. Should the creditor take his goods? So he narrated a hadith from Yahya bin Saeed, from Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm, from Umar bin Abdul Aziz, from our master Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever bought goods, then became insolvent, and the creditor found his goods with the insolvent, then he is more entitled to it than others."
