Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Create ease, do not create hardship, create ease, hardship will not be imposed upon you. So when you become angry, remain silent, and when you become angry, adopt silence."
