Losing mercy is misfortune
Hadith 771
أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ صَفِيِّي وَخَلِيلِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَاحِبُ الْحُجْرَةِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((مَا نُزِعَتِ الرَّحْمَةُ إِلَّا مِنْ شَقِيٍّ)) .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: My beloved friend, the one of the chamber, Abu al-Qasim (peace be upon him) said: "Mercy is taken away from the unfortunate person."
