Hadith 733
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرَةِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ كَيْفَ كُنْتُمْ تَنْبِذُونَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ فَقَالَتْ: كُنَّا نَرْمِي لَهُ تَمَرَاتٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَشْرَبُهُ فِي الْغَدِ.
It is narrated from Abu Nazrah that a woman asked Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): How did you prepare nabidh for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? She replied: We used to soak dates for him at night, and he would drink it the next morning.
