Encouragement to use cupping for treatment
Hadith 687
اَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ، نَا طَلْحَۃُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، اَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ صَلَّی اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: اِنْ کَانَ فِیْ شَیْئٍ مِمَّا تَصْنَعُوْنَ خَیْرٌ، فَفِیْ بُزْغَةِ الْحَجَّامِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If there is any good in the treatments you use, it is in the bloodletting done by the cupper."
